With a career in mortgage lending that began in 1994, I bring decades of hands-on experience helping people navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. I am currently licensed in Nevada and Colorado and expanding into California, serving clients across multiple markets with practical guidance rooted in real-world lending knowledge.

My approach is simple: a loan is only successful if the client truly understands it. For some, that means securing approval right away. For others, it means building a clear plan — improving credit, strengthening savings, or adjusting a budget — so they can confidently qualify when the time is right. Either way, my job is to provide direction, not pressure.

Every client receives straightforward explanations of their options and a loan strategy tailored to their individual financial situation. I believe people make better decisions when they understand the process, and I make it a priority that clients leave our conversations better educated than when they arrived.

My mission is to be a trusted, ethical source for home loan guidance within the community — communicating clearly, acting with honesty and integrity, and helping people make informed choices. Beyond lending, I’m committed to sharing financial knowledge and giving back through volunteer efforts that support housing and financial education.

I built my business to offer something many borrowers struggle to find: clear, current, and reliable mortgage information from someone they can depend on long after the transaction ends.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of three, coach youth sports, and spend as much time as possible outdoors hiking, biking, camping, and skiing.
