Lisa represented me for two recent transactions - the sale of an investment property and the purchase of another investment property that I eventually plan to use as a retirement home. Hardest working, most aggressive realtor we've known in over 20 years of buying and selling (we are a military couple so we have to move around a lot). Lisa was willing to show us our future Las Vegas home on a Sunday, during the 4th of July weekend several years ago. Good luck getting another realtor to do that. We were one of 7 offers on the home but Lisa advised us just right on where to put the offer and ours was accepted.
